When slicing is done in the Schwarzer Hahn restaurant, it is not shavings that fall, but wafer-thin slices of the finest truffles. So join our chefs Stefan Neugebauer and Felix Jarzina on a treasure hunt for the diamonds of the forests. Truffle lovers take note and be part of our truffle menu in a class of its own.
